Since 1978, Azienda Agricola Montioni has been producing in Montefalco, in the province of Perugia, authentic Umbrian products: extra virgin olive oil and typical wines of Montefalco.
The fruits of their olive groves and vineyards have been processed traditionally for generations, always trying to enrich them with innovations that make the products of the Azienda Agricola Montioni of ever greater quality.
We open the doors of our Winery and Oil Mill to all those who want to discover the secrets of our estate.
Indeed, it is possible to visit not only the oil mill and the winery, but also the olive groves and the vineyards.
Moreover, you will have the opportunity to taste our wines and EVO oils as well as enjoy various gastronomic specialties typical of Umbria.

Azienda Agricola Montioni was born in 1978 thanks to Adeodato Montioni who started in Montefalco the activity of milling olives and the production of the first Montioni extra virgin olive oil.

Montefalco, jak dużo miast w Zielonym sercu Itali, należy do szlaku wina i oliwy a frantoio pana Paolo Montioni to miejsce oferujące nie tylko możliwość zakupów, ale też poprubowania i wysłuchania kulturowego i historycznego tła tradycyjnych metod uprawy i produkcji. W okresie zbiorów można rezerwując sobie termin zwiedzić linię produkcyjną. Poczuć zapachy i smaki świeżo tłoczonej oliwy, nawet tylko po to by zgłębić tradycje a uwierzcie mi: poznając tę tradycję, człowiek w zupełnie nowy sposób postrzega i docenia wartości zasad kuchni śródziemnomorskiej, jaką jedna z kolebek jest Italia. Polecam i gorąco zachęcam do zagłębienia się w tym takzwanym świecie enogastronomi.

Con la guida molto professionale e preparata abbiamo visitato le viti dove ci hanno spiegato i dettagli tecnici della produzione vinicola ed in seguito l'uliveto con particolarità storiche di rilievo. Una passeggiata molto gradita. Ci hanno mostrato anche la cantina ed il frantoio tutto molto ordinato e accuratamente spiegato. Abbiamo inoltre consumato un pranzo light in realtà ben strutturato con prodotti davvero genuini e di alta qualità. I vini sono eccezionali e anche l'olio merita sicuramente. Da non perdere se ci si trova a Montefalco e dintorni. Consigliatissimo.

Jed Cooper20/06/2026An amazing experience. We had a tour of the olive groves and vineyards followed by a tasting of some truly excellent wines and food. Mariana was thoroughly knowledgeable and a wonderful tour guide. We very much appreciated the explanation of the growing and harvesting process and the views were excellent. Of course, the tasting and the light lunch were the highlight. We were delighted to be able to speak briefly with Paolo and his passion for doing things the right way was infectious. We would definitely recommend a visit!

Martin Heinrichs23/05/2026Hieno "emotional" viinin- ja oliiviöljyn maistamiskierros jossa kävimme palstoilla ja kellarissa. Saimme maistaa viittä eri viiniä ja paria öljyä. Lisäksi tarjoiltiin lounas maistelun ohessa. Hintansa (55€) arvoinen kaikin puolin.
