How our wines are born?
The grapes of Montioni Montefalco wines are grown in the hills of Montefalco (PG) at an altitude of 450 meters in native vines.
The guiding principles of our Montioni wine production are clear: integrated agriculture techniques that limit the use of external inputs, such as herbicides and pesticides, as much as possible.
The harvest is done exclusively by hand, while in the cellar the fermentation takes place in a completely natural way.
