A tasting journey dedicated to those who wish to explore the nuances of our wines and the quality of our extra-virgin olive oil.

New Harvest Oil tasting paired with 4 traditional dishes from regions with a strong olive‑oil culture, accompanied by 3 typical wines from Montefalco.

- Baba Ganoush (Lebanon)
- Hummus (Turkey, Syria, Egypt).
