The aperitif time is unique and special, it unites all of Italy from north to south! But what to nibble in front of a good bottle of white wine?

Today we offer you a simple but interesting recipe for a perfect aperitif: taralli with Grechetto Montioni!

Here are the ingredients for our Taralli with Grechetto Montioni:

500 gr flour

120 ml Montioni Umbria Grechetto

180 gr Montioni Extra Virgin Olive Oil

15 gr salt

Come prepararli?

1) Put the flour in a mixer together with Montioni Grechetto, salt, and Montioni Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

2) Mix all ingredients until you get a smooth dough without lumps.

3) Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.

4) After resting, take the dough, remove some pieces from it, and form sticks 8-10 cm long.

5) Once the sticks are formed, join the two ends of each stick to form a tarallo!

6) Place the taralli on a baking tray, covered with baking paper, and bake for about 25 minutes.
