Booking Terms and Tour Cancellation Conditions
Booking Methods
Booking requests must be made exclusively through the automated system on our website.
At the end of the procedure, the customer will receive an initial email confirming that the request has been received. This does not constitute a booking confirmation
If the winery accepts the request, a second email will be sent with a link to proceed with payment.
The customer has 3 hours to complete the payment: only after the payment confirmation the booking will be considered confirmed.
Otherwise, the request will be automatically cancelled.
Tours can only be booked for a minimum of 2 participants. Requests for a single person will not be accepted.
Cancellation by the Customer
TOUR:
The customer is entitled to a full refund (100%) of the amount paid if the cancellation is communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour.
If the cancellation is made after this deadline, no refund will be issued.
COOKING CLASS:
The customer is entitled to a full refund (100%) of the amount paid if the cancellation is communicated at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the cooking class.
If the cancellation is made after this deadline, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to: tour@gabrielemontini.it
Refunds are issued via PayPal to the same card used for the payment.
The refund is typically credited within 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s bank processing times.
Booking Changes
It is possible to request a change of tour date, subject to agreement by phone or email with the winery.
Each request will be evaluated based on availability.
Cancellation by the Winery
In the event that we are forced to cancel the tour due to force majeure (adverse weather conditions, organizational issues, health emergencies, etc.), the customer will be promptly informed and may choose between:
–A full refund of the amount paid;
-The possibility of rescheduling the tour to another date, to be agreed upon.
